For the abstract to be included in the book of abstracts, it is mandatory to be registered at the Conference.

Cancellation policy

  • Delegates cancelling before August 31st, 2019 will receive the refund of the value transferred minus a 50 EUR administration fee.
  • No refunds can be made for cancellations from September 1st, 2019.

All cancellations and/or renaming of the participant must be made in writing to the Technical Secretariat by e- mail at: ifdc2019@insa.min-saude.pt

In compliance with the European Regulation 2016/679 on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform the user that the personal information provided voluntarily to the Technical Secretariat of the Conference will be stored in a database created and maintained by the Secretariat. Answers are mandatory. The right to access, rectify and cancel these data can be exercised by writing to 13th IFDC 2019, INSA, Av. Padre Cruz, 1649-016 Lisboa or by email, addressed to ifdc2019@insa.min-saude.pt attaching a copy of your Identity Card (ID) or equivalent.
